How we quote
A number on a website is not a quote. We measure the floor, look at the concrete, and write the price after that visit. Nothing here is a binding price.
Garage floors from $6/sq ft. Offer ends October 31, 2026.
Fall special: $1 off per sq ft, up to $1000 off. Ends October 31.
The visit
- You write in Name, phone, email, and the city. Rochester is filled in. Change it if the floor is nearby.
- We look at the slab Square footage, cracks, and access are the variables. Concrete condition is the one a photo often misses.
- You get a written number The install is scheduled only after you have that number. No high-pressure pitch on the form.
